Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK
Lead application development with a focus on system design, performance, scalability, and operational stability
Develop and execute unit and automation tests using JUnit and related frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business-critical solutions
Ensure application resiliency, security, and adherence to best engineering practices
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and maintenance in a large enterprise environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification
Strong hands-on experience with Android development using Kotlin
Proficiency in Java and modern programming practices
Experience with Android SDK, JUnit, and mobile testing strategies
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and event-driven Microservices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and shift-left testing practices
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining applications in large corporate environments
Preferred
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
Containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS
Hands-on experience or exposure to Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright
Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Demonstrated knowledge of technical disciplines such as Cloud, Mobile, AI/ML, or related domains
Interest or exposure to AI / ML / NLP concepts
Experience with modern DevOps and automation practices
