Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans producing detailed images without the use of X-Rays
Operate and maintain advanced MRI equipment and ensure patient safety
Follow all protocols for patient care and imaging procedures
Work 12-hour shifts, with ability to cover nights and weekends as needed
Collaborate with a team of MRI technologists in a 24-hour operation
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years MRI experience
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking and adaptable problem-solving skills
Preferred
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred but not mandatory
Proven experience performing MRI scans using 1.5T GE Discovery 450 equipment is ideal
