Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations
Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project teams
Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management
Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in building high end restaurants is highly preferred
Nice to have: Experience in managing construction projects for country clubs, hotels, or resorts
