Responsibilities
Perform general ultrasound imaging studies including abdominal, obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN), small parts, abdominal vascular, and lower extremity venous evaluations for deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Assist with cases in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and operating room (OR) when necessary
Utilize GE Logiq E10, E9, and GE Voluson ultrasound equipment with proficiency
Ensure accurate image acquisition and assist in preliminary interpretation under provider guidance
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification
Minimum 1+ years Imaging experience
Preferred
Proven experience with general ultrasound imaging across multiple body systems
Familiarity with NICU and OR environments considered a strong advantage
Skilled in using GE Logiq and Voluson ultrasound machines
Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills
Relevant certification and licensure as required
