Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines across key business roles
Drive and contribute to recruitment-related projects to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Support regional employer branding initiatives and talent market mapping
Qualification
Required
2-7 years of end to end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing capability across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Indonesia
Preferred
Experience working at a FinTech and/or a startup environment
Regional or global recruiting experience
