Responsibilities
Lead a Lean transformation that truly sticks
Help the organization improve their flow-based manufacturing by coaching leaders and teams, establishing daily management, and embedding standards that sustain continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Operations preferred)
7+ years driving Lean transformation in manufacturing environments
Strong TPS/Lean foundation: servant leadership, problem solving, capability building
Hands-on experience with flow, pull/kanban, VSM, kaizen, A3s, and visual management
Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead cross-functional initiatives to completion
Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
