Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the acute care unit to ensure efficient workflow

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Provide backup support to the Emergency Department as required
Promote the highest level of patient care at all times
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum of three years nursing experience
At least one year of leadership experience in a nursing role
Proficient typing skills and general computer literacy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in medical terminology
