Qualification
Required
Strong Program Management and Program Development experience to lead and coordinate initiatives effectively
Proven Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee diverse projects and meet deadlines successfully
Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders across various platforms
Customer Service expertise to provide exceptional support and build strong client relationships
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Expertise working in a Microsoft 365 environment, Office, Teams, Planner, etc
Working Learning Management Systems knowledge and expertise
Preferred
Knowledge of organizational development concepts is a plus
Qualtrics system experience a plus
Hubspot CRM system experience a plus
