Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, competent nursing care in accordance with professional standards and state regulations
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Assess physical symptoms and provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical excellence and patient outcomes
Maintain a safe, clean work environment by adhering to established policies and protocols

Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
active registered nurse (RN) license
minimum 1+ years RN experience
American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification required before starting
Preferred
Current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, especially in a rehabilitation care setting
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and basic Microsoft applications
Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and communicate effectively with patients and team members
