Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children

Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expertise and strategies
Support students in achieving communication goals that enhance their academic and social success
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience
Preferred
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
Ability to develop individualized plans and adapt therapy approaches to varied needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
Knowledge of relevant compliance and reporting standards in educational settings
