Responsibilities
Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for high school students
Manage a caseload of around 40 students requiring direct OT services
Serve students across 6 schools, with the expectation to visit 1-2 sites daily
Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement student-centered treatment plans
Adapt therapeutic activities to meet diverse student needs and promote functional independence
Maintain accurate documentation of services delivered and student progress
Address the needs left by the recent resignation of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by supporting caseload demands
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
active Occupational Therapist license
1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience
Preferred
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
Demonstrated ability to manage a high school caseload effectively
Strong organizational skills and flexibility to provide services across multiple locations
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
Experience working with adolescents and familiarity with school regulations and educational frameworks
