Responsibilities
Manage site production and subcontractors to support project schedule requirements
Planning and oversight of the construction site facilities procurement and deployment
Labor relations interfaces
Manpower planning
Mobilization planning and execution
Site temporary facilities planning and set-up
Input to and support of the project cost estimate and schedule development
Input and development of subcontract work scopes
Qualification
Required
Strong past experience to successfully manage site production and subcontractors to support project schedule requirements
Strong leadership skills
Capable of representing Sauer in an outstanding manner
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
