Responsibilities
Read and interpret order specifications, setups, and special instructions accurately
Operate and maintain digital printing equipment per established procedures
Perform routine inspections and report repair or replacement needs
Monitor work-in-process and ensure jobs meet quality and productivity standards
Complete required quality documentation accurately and on time
Maintain proper inventory levels for materials and supplies
Use raw materials efficiently and responsibly
Follow autonomous maintenance routines and assist with equipment upkeep
Participate in continuous improvement (ELS, Kaizen) and 5S workplace organization activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
0–2 years of relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and technical aptitude
Proficient in basic math and comfortable using computers and email
Must be motivated to improve productivity, safety, and quality
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to earn required certifications within set timeframes
Preferred
Pre-press knowledge
Digital printing experience, especially with HP printers
HP 7K/6600 Level 1 or 2 Certification
Hazardous materials training
