Administrative Assistant

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for effectively managing office tasks and maintaining organized workflows
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance experience including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or administrative support
