Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Build, enhance, and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions and initiatives
Conduct variance analysis and highlight key risks, trends, and opportunities
Collaborate with multiple departments to improve financial accuracy, business performance, and reporting quality
Present financial insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP
Support continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using financial and reporting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, Tableau)
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate finance principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is considered a plus
