Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed volume, profitability, and CSI goals
Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-first mentality
Set and track performance benchmarks while providing coaching and development
Work closely with the GSM and executive team on inventory strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales forecasting
Ensure a premium showroom experience that reflects the luxury brands we represent
Oversee desking, deal structure, and customer engagement from start to finish
Recruit top sales talent and ensure onboarding excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume or luxury dealership
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive results through others
Deep understanding of sales process, desking, F&I collaboration, and CRM systems
Impeccable interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service
High level of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline
Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Must pass pre-employment screening
