They are looking for a Provisioner to support the Utility Helicopter Program Office, focusing on provisioning data and maintenance publications for utility helicopters.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Provisioning Analyst for a group of complex secondary and major end items for the entire fleet of Utility Helicopters and has the technical responsibility to develop, revise, and maintain data for maintenance publications
Develops technical data which is the source of provisioning, RPSTL and other equipment publications and maintenance programs
Evaluates Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and publications change requests for impact to maintenance concepts/philosophies
Investigates and furnishes replies to DA Form 2028s and other related correspondence
Responsible for all initial and follow on provisioning of new and established items, to include assistance and service to supply personnel, relative to interchangeability and substitutability of parts
Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data from OEM and contractors
Verifies provisioning data at contractor/government sites to ensure adequacy of technical contents
Investigates, analyzes, and takes action to correct equipment deficiencies reported by equipment users
Knowledgeable of equipment requirements, policies, and procedures as they pertain to assigned system or subsystem requirements
Knowledgeable of, database maintenance and the interfaces with LMP, PowerLOG-J, LSA-030 and LSA-036 Reports and other functions for assigned equipment
Interfaces with PowerLOG-J and defense integrated data systems activities to assure processing of National Stock Number (NSN) requests and related maintenance activities associated with item identification and compatibility
Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data and maintenance allocations codes assigned, provides guidance during pre-provisioning and provisioning reconciliation conferences
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance, required
Bachelor's Degree with eight (8) years of related experience
Experience with and knowledgeable of equipment requirements, policies, and procedures as they pertain to assigned system or subsystem requirements
Experience with and knowledgeable of database maintenance and the interfaces with LMP, PowerLOG-J, LSA-030 and LSA-036 Reports and other functions for assigned equipment
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task; prioritize internal and external tasks/projections
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to comprehend engineering technical data
Preferred
PhD with four (4) year of related experience
Master's Degree with six (6) years of related experience
Associate's Degree with ten (10) years of relate experience
High School Diploma/GED with fourteen (14) years of related experience
Aviation aircraft/major weapon system maintenance, recognition and readiness
Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics
Manage and operate applicable automated databases
Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM related to Provisioning
