Responsibilities
Perform full revenue cycle workflow assessment (front to back end)
Improve billing operations, denial management, and A/R performance
Optimize insurance verification, referrals, and authorization processes
Develop clear SOPs and accountability systems for staff
Support ModMed PM billing workflows and reporting
Collaborate with leadership to establish revenue cycle KPIs
Train teams across multiple clinic locations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of revenue cycle leadership or consulting experience
Strong knowledge of dermatology billing workflows
Hands-on expertise with: ModMed (EMA/PM)
Hands-on expertise with: Phreesia
Deep understanding of referrals, PAs, eligibility, and payer rules
Proven ability to stabilize and rebuild billing systems quickly
Preferred
Experience with 3CX phone systems
Multi-location specialty practice background
