Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow
Supervise and support office staff, including accounting and title clerks
Manage AP/AR, bank deposits, schedules, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate posting of deals, inventory, and financial data
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including DMV and accounting requirements
Coordinate with department managers to support sales, service, and parts operations
Prepare reports for leadership, including month-end and audit documentation
Maintain vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs
Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and personnel file management
Uphold dealership policies, confidentiality, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Previous automotive dealership office management experience required
Solid understanding of dealership accounting processes and DMV/title requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening
Preferred
CDK experience preferred but not required
