Responsibilities

Drive data-based decision-making and advance procurement excellence
Support global category strategies for the Procurement Center of Excellence
Blend analytical expertise with project management skills for sourcing initiatives
Develop insights, reports, and executive presentations to influence strategic direction
Manage key cross-functional initiatives and supplier engagements

Qualification

Power BIAdvanced ExcelProcurement COE experienceCategory ManagementAnalytical skillsBusiness storytellingProject managementAttention to detail

Required

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel, with the ability to develop dynamic dashboards and automated reporting tools
Strong PowerPoint and business storytelling skills, capable of creating executive-ready presentations that communicate insights and strategic recommendations
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Procurement COE; Category Management roles — preferably within consumer products, food packaging, or disposables industries
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail and business acumen
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-functionally and globally
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site/week in Exton, PA office
