Responsibilities
Process and submit all vehicle titles, registrations, and related DMV paperwork
Ensure compliance with state and federal titling regulations
Handle lien releases, payoffs, and title corrections
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Post and reconcile invoices, checks, and payments
Maintain accurate records and support month-end close
Work closely with sales, finance, and management to resolve discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and customer documentation
Qualification
Required
Previous Automotive Title Clerk experience required
Knowledge of DMV systems, title laws, and registration processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and high volumes of paperwork
Proficiency with dealership management systems and accounting software
Professional communication and a team-oriented attitude
Must pass pre-employment screening
Preferred
Accounts Payable / Receivable experience preferred
Dealership experience is a plus
