Lead, coach, and develop Finance Managers across multiple dealerships
Ensure compliance with lender programs, state and federal regulations, and company policies
Maximize finance penetration, product sales, and overall profitability
Establish and monitor key performance metrics across all rooftops
Partner with senior leadership to set goals, implement processes, and maintain accountability
Qualification
Required
Proven automotive finance manager or director experience
Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to dealership guidelines
Expertise in leasing and special finance programs
Familiarity with state law requirements and all relevant vehicle paperwork
High ethical standards and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and insurance
