Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of ultrasound procedures under the supervision of experienced radiologists and ultrasound technologists
Provide hands-on training and exposure to diagnostic imaging techniques
Assist in preparing patients and operating ultrasound equipment
Ensure smooth workflow in the ultrasound department

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging
Required to work at least 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
A contract will need to be signed stating that you will remain at the Mercy facility you have chosen for 1-2 years after graduation

Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
