Orange County Government is seeking a Temporary Concession Attendant in their Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks & Recreation. The role involves operating the concession stand at the Soccer.com Center, serving food and beverages, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include operations of the Soccer.com Center concession stand
Serves all food and beverage items to patrons of the Soccer.com Center in a pleasant and efficient manner
Prepares and serves food items, handle money and make change, clean and sanitize all concession equipment daily
Works closely with the Recreation Superintendent on concession inventories and sanitation requirements in accordance with the Orange County Health Department policies
Attendant is responsible for enforcing equally all rules and regulations relating to general facility or park rules
Performs other duties as assigned

Food production experienceCash managementEquipment operationOral communicationServSafe Certification

Required

Background Check is required and SBI background check with fingerprinting
Requires knowledge and experience in proper cash management
Requires the ability to operate equipment, (Turbo Chef, microwave, cash register, beverage machines, popcorn popper, etc.)
Must possess excellent oral communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance

Preferred

Experience in food production and service industry is desired
ServSafe Certified
