NEOGOV is seeking a Clerk Typist 3 for the Lebanon County Children & Youth department. The role involves typing various documents, entering data into the CAPS system, and providing backup support for the receptionist.

Typing letters, forms, legal orders, affidavits, contracts, schedules, invoices, reports and similar materials
Enter data into CAPS system
Send certified mail
Backup for the receptionist
Answering phones
Sending/sorting mail

Qualification

Clerical typing experienceData entryDocument storageCustomer serviceHigh school diploma

Required

Six months as a Clerk Typist 2, and educational development to the level of completion of high school; or
One year of progressively complex clerical typing experience and completion of high school; or
Six months of moderately complex clerical typing work and completion of a post high school business curriculum; or
Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges, skills, and abilities
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law
Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance
