Assistant Concession Manager (Outdoor Pools)
NEOGOV is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to join their concession team at the Dublin Community Outdoor Pools. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the concession stands, including staff training and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Responsibilities
Management of the day to day operations of the concession stands located at our outdoor facilities
Operating a cash register and balancing at close
Training staff on how to properly use, cook with and clean equipment
Informing supervisor of any problems needing special attention
Ensuring sites meet Franklin County Health Code standards
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 17 years of age by May 23, 2026
Must be available to work, at minimum, 20 hours per week during the summer season
Ability to obtain Level 1 Food Handling certification within 30 days of hire
Must wear required health department and Recreation Services attire when working
Must maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and will conform to good hygienic practices during all work periods
Ability to effectively and courteously communicate with the public
