Child Support Enforcement Specialist
NEOGOV is seeking a self-motivated Child Support Enforcement Specialist to join the Department of Human Services in Pennsylvania. The role involves analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the Child Support Enforcement Program, serving as a liaison between various agencies, and ensuring proper distribution of child support payments.

Responsibilities
Analyzing, evaluating, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Child Support Enforcement Program
Serving as a liaison between local domestic relations sections, the County Assistance Offices, and other Children and Youth Services Offices
Preparing reports and recommendations on inter-agency contacts, as well as performing related administrative duties
Monitoring automated systems and performing individual case audits
Analyzing data to ensure proper distribution of child support payments
Representing the department's interest by testifying as a witness in child support conferences and hearings
Qualification
Required
Four years of experience in a domestic relations office which included the interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information; or
A bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training including one year in a domestic relations office which included the interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within three months of graduating with a qualifying degree
You must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the counties of primary assignment: Lancaster, Lebanon, or York County
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
This position will have access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and is subject to the provisions of IRS Publication 1075 (Pub 1075) which requires you to pass an enhanced background check prior to beginning employment
Under Pub 1075, acceptance of a conditional offer of employment will require submission to and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to: a fingerprint-based federal records check; a PA State Police clearance; a check of local law enforcement agencies where you have lived, worked, and/or attended school within the last five (5) years; and a citizenship/residency verification
