Service Manager (Outdoor Pools)
NEOGOV is seeking a Service Manager for the Dublin Community Outdoor Pools to oversee customer service operations. The role involves managing front desk, concession stand, and guest service staff while ensuring customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operations of the front desk, concession stand and guest services located at our outdoor pool facilities
Scheduling, payroll approval and overall management of outdoor front desk, concession stand and guest services staff
Training staff on how to properly use and operate equipment/systems
Training staff on department policies and procedures
Ensuring staff are properly trained on all relevant computer software and cash handling/deposit protocols
Ability to troubleshoot with front line staff during operating hours
Collaboratively work with other Service Managers and/or Pool Managers
Ensuring customer service standards are met
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age by May 23, 2026
Possession of a valid driver's license
Availability to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer season
At least one (1) year of customer service/management/food handling experience
Ability to obtain Level 2 Food Handling certification within 30 days of hire
Ability to effectively and courteously communicate with the public
Preferred
At least two (2) years of customer service/management/food handling experience
Prior experience with the City of Dublin in one or more of the following areas: Outdoor Pool Front Desk, Outdoor Pool Concessions, DCRC Front Desk
Experience with RecTrac software
Experience managing a team of 25-50 staff members
Significant experience in a similar role
