Responsibilities

Support strategic engagements with venture capital firms and technology companies, including AI‑focused initiatives
Assist in developing and executing business strategies, trip plans, and engagement roadmaps
Organize vendor and VC meetings, manage logistics, document discussions, and publish follow‑up actions
Help maintain and strengthen relationships with partners such as A16z, Sequoia, ICONIQ, Sapphire Ventures, and Greylock Partners
Contribute to integrating software and tools (e.g., Listing Team Pipeline) to improve prioritization, efficiency, and reporting

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related major, and on track to graduate as a rising senior
Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi‑activity environment with strong organizational habits
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Curiosity about technology, venture capital, cloud services, and vendor relationship management

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, or cloud cost/POC management tools
Internship or project experience with technology, venture capital, or partner engagement work
Experience in student leadership, volunteering, or involvement in tech‑focused organizations
