Use a risk/reward methodology to analyze credit and debit policies and strategy decisions
Gather relevant internal and external data
Use a variety of tools and techniques to perform statistical and financial analysis that create actionable decisions
Implement strategic initiatives through an adaptive control methodology that leads to optimal performance and continual learning
Disseminate results through reporting and presentations to both senior management and impacted business lines

Required

B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of best practices

Preferred

Collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations experience a plus
