The Breakers Hotel is seeking a Coordinator for their Gift Department, responsible for managing gift-related activities to ensure guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating gift orders, tracking guest preferences, and collaborating with various departments.
Travel
Responsibilities
Coordinate all gift orders for hotel guests and club members
Record and execute all gift orders accurately
Track guest preferences and trends for future reference
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with gifting guidelines
Report inventory needs and assist in preparing gifts and personalized cards for delivery
Provide suggestions from the Gift Guide to meet individual guest needs
Maintain quality standards for gifting and contribute to tracking and analyzing gift trends
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with team members and management
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Associate degree (AA) with at least 1 year of experience in the administrative field is desired
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
