Sales Engineer-AIDC

They are seeking a Sales Engineer who will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to define technical requirements and recommend solutions to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
Lead pre-sale technical sales efforts on a variety of Seuic products to large Enterprise customers. Opportunity to lead a technical team including Sales, System Integrators, Product Engineers, Program Managers and Business Partners to implement enterprise solutions
Measured on achieving team sales goal
Lead the coordination of technical sales activities related to perspective accounts, partners and/or territory
Set-up and lead solution demonstrations for customers and partners
Lead technical presentations for customers, partners, prospects and internal Seuic teams
Acts as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge of relevant industries and needs
Solve complex problems which may require unique solutions (e.g unique applications of existing technologies) that are used across the business in similar situations
Leads problem resolution, identifies appropriate resources, pro-actively develops contingency plans
Attend technical, product and sales training as required
Develop an understanding of relevant competitive solutions, products and services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
