Responsibilities
Responsible for administering and maintaining the Windchill systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and IT engineers to support value creation ensuring data integrity and consistency in the global engineering process implementation until its technical delivery and customer engagement
Installation, configuration, Re-hosting (Cloning) Windchill environments
Supports daily operations including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, patching and performance monitoring/tuning
Manage and customize lifecycles, workflows, queues, security, roles and templates
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and efficiency improvements
Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, customizations, and processes
Review requirements from customers and convert them into technical proposals for assessment
Qualification
Required
Graduated with Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or related
Minimum 10 years of industry experience in PLM
Windchill and Thingworx System and Business processes Administration[V 13.0 +]
MS SQL Database Administration
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, and XML
Preferred
Knowledge on Engineering Change Management
Functional understanding of ERP integration and capabilities
Experience in multi-level EBOM & Variant Configuration
Experience in Creo Toolkit programming
