Responsibilities
Monitor OA schedule google doc to stay ahead of install dates
Retrieve and organize all required paperwork for scheduled jobs
Highlight selections and key information within the documentation
Generate lot-specific measurement sheets using master measures provided by Estimators
Identify and flag any discrepancies or missing information
Communicate issues promptly via email to the appropriate Estimator or the Order Analyst
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day
Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files
