Responsibilities
Prospect and bring new clients (contractors, realtors, investors, homeowners)
Visit job sites, network, cold approach, and build relationships
Present our construction and remodeling services
Coordinate with our internal team once the project is closed
Build a pipeline of recurring clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter who does not need supervision
Reliable transportation required
Experience generating your own leads
Authorized to work in the U.S
Field sales / networking mindset
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
