People & Office Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing and onboarding
Process I-9's in E-Verify
Onboard new employees into the HRIS system
Schedule, complete property tours, provide introductions for new hires first day
Assist employees with benefits and open enrollment
Enter all tips daily and gratuity from banquet events into the payroll system
Approve and manage payroll in a timely manner
Count and manage cash deposits on a weekly basis
Conduct bank audits with the General Manager
Retrieve cash from guest laundry and deposit
Scan, code, file, and research invoices for payment
Coordinate and run all employee social events
Provide documentation, investigate, and discipline
Maintain all employee files confidentially
Provide assistance where needed
Responsible for ordering of office supplies
Responsible for Daily , Weekly and Monthly Accounting Duties
Responsible for drafting financial daily reports to department heads
Acts as the administrative assistant to the General Manager when needed
Oversee daily administrative office operations and workflows
Maintain organized systems for records, files, contracts, and documentation
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and administrative budgets
Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy in coordination with leadership
Assist with internal reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
Support departmental communication and cross-functional coordination

Required

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of payroll, accounting and HRIS processing systems
Maintain a professional demeanor and working environment
