Sales Logistics Specialist

Mindwave Solutions, Inc is seeking a Sales Logistics Specialist who will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to deal closure. This hands-on, quota-carrying role requires building client relationships and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven out bounding
Build and grow client relationships, expanding market share within MSAs and new enterprise accounts
Manage full sales cycle - prospecting, development, negotiation, and deal closure
Build, manage, and close a pipeline against set revenue targets
Expected to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Required

Strong communication and customer service abilities

5+ years of experience in working with a Logistics company
3+ years in IT staffing sales or account management
A strong record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Education: Bachelor's degree
A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred

Background in logistics and proficiency in CRM software
