This role focuses on leading cross-functional initiatives that redesign processes, implement technology, and drive large-scale change across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, corporate functions, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation
Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes and systems
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams—and vice versa
Deliver concise, executive-ready presentations focused on insights and decisions
Manage vendors, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Document processes, develop business cases, and support training and rollout activities

Required

4-8 years of end to end project management experience in operational transformation, management consulting, and/or process improvement roles

Solutions‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and process‑mapping tools
