Responsibilities
Serve as the Global IBP (integrated business planning) marketing lead for the Oncology Platform, driving strategic alignment across commercial and operational teams
Collaborate with regional commercial and supply chain teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with business objectives
Partner with operation and manufacturing teams to optimize product prioritization and planning for efficiency and responsiveness
Lead the oncology obsolescence process, owning the end-to-end workflow from proposal intake to execution
Triage and adjudicate obsolescence proposals, ensuring timely and strategic decision-making
Work with commercial product marketers to manage SKU and product family transitions with minimal disruption
Represent the Oncology Platform in CCP initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless operational execution
Partner with product marketers to manage prioritization and voice of customer
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' product marketing experience strongly preferred
Supply chain experience combined with sales/commercial experience or Research & Development (R&D) project management experience will be considered in lieu of product marketing experience
Medical device or healthcare industry experience required
Proven experience leading teams for projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
Strong analytical and organizational skills required
Project management skills to lead complex workflows and cross-functional initiatives required
Comfortable representing the business in executive forums and strategic projects required
Bachelor's degree required preferably with a focus in marketing, Business, Supply Chain or a technical field
Preferred
Experience in product lifecycle management, including obsolescence and SKU rationalization preferred
MBA preferred
