Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonates following established nursing processes and standards of care
Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring quality and consistency in patient care
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and assess neonates with life-threatening conditions in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
Employ critical thinking and professional judgment in decision-making and care coordination
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
active registered nurse (RN) license
minimum 1+ years RN experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Preferred
Previous experience in a Level III or Level IV neonatal intensive care unit
