Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis to establish participation goals for a broad portfolio of procurements, including construction projects, professional services, and goods contracts
Review project scopes, cost estimates, and historical spending patterns to develop attainable and strategically ambitious goals supporting equitable access for underrepresented vendors
Blend data-driven decision-making with vendor advocacy and policy enforcement, upholding confidentiality and professionalism

Required

Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Management Associate program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year as an Equal Opportunity Specialist 1 or Human Resource Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program that includes one year of professional experience, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
