Speech and Language Pathologist in Trussville, AL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position involves delivering targeted speech services to students within the Special Education population across multiple school sites.

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapy sessions addressing communication disorders for diverse student needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams to monitor student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines
Adapt services across multiple school locations to meet student needs effectively
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Alabama
Experience working in a school setting with K-12 populations
Comfort managing a caseload of 40-60 students
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Credentialed as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP or holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
