Responsibilities
Serve as the Rachel Carson State Office Building (RCSOB) fire marshal and act as a liaison between OA Safety and the department
Oversee and define the department's security and access control systems
Manage the department's video conferencing systems
Act as the system administrator and coordinator for the RCSOB/Laboratory/SCRO Annex security systems
Fulfill the responsibilities of the Division’s COOP plan coordinator and assistant move coordinator
Handle a range of facility requests and address various issues that arise
Qualification
Required
One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
This particular position also requires possession of a valid driver's license
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
