Responsibilities
Responsible for all operational aspects of the Psychiatric Inpatient Experience including development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation
Plans and oversees processes that ensure program goals are measured, analyzed, evaluated, reported and met
Supports the operational aspects of assigned program including development of materials and tools and is accountable for implementing program work plan(s) and assuring completion of day-to-day activities
Qualification
Required
Two years of program management or related work experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Three years of healthcare experience preferred
Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role
Strong facilitation and analytical/problem-solving skills
