Marketing Manager-III
LanceSoft, Inc. is a company seeking a Marketing Manager to support their Ads New Ventures team. This role involves managing revenue operations, programmatic enablement, and audience management, while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and documentation as the business scales.

Responsibilities
Provides operational backbone across Mid-Market and International advertisers, supporting scaled execution as these segments grow
Owns critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements
Plays a hands-on role in programmatic enablement, managing Keys Programmatic operations such as audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health
Supports consumer-facing execution by building landing pages as needed and partnering cross-functionally to translate CX insights into tangible improvements
Acts as the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, responsible for all audience builds, health checks, and acting as a technical lead as the team explores future audience and clean room solutions
Accountable for internal documentation: owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki, proactively creating and updating SOPs, auditing accuracy, and ensuring new processes and changes are clearly documented as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Experience in revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements
Hands-on experience in programmatic enablement, managing audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health
Ability to build landing pages and partner cross-functionally to translate CX insights into tangible improvements
Technical agility and execution-oriented mindset
Familiarity in retail media or AdOps
Experience in audience management in Hightouch, responsible for audience builds and health checks
Accountability for internal documentation, including owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki, creating and updating SOPs, and auditing accuracy
Comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
