Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Coordinate with clients, engineers, security consultants, and technicians to define project specifications and ensure alignment with operational needs
Oversee system design, hardware procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
Manage stakeholder communications, provide regular status reports, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate system performance and quality assurance during post-installation handover
Support post-project analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience leading end-to-end project management for Access Control and CCTV system installations, upgrades, and integrations
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Coordinate with clients, engineers, security consultants, and technicians to define project specifications and ensure alignment with operational needs
Oversee system design, hardware procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
Must have experience in the construction and security industry
Manage stakeholder communications, provide regular status reports, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate system performance and quality assurance during post-installation handover
Support post-project analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)
