Responsibilities

Extracts and transforms data from multiple sources to build reports, dashboards, and scorecards for audiences ranging from frontline staff to executives
Coordinates contracting, bidding, and vendor processes
Loads and maintains data in enterprise systems, serving as the single point of accountability for data integrity
Consults with legal, customers, and stakeholders to develop, align, and ensure compliance with contracts
Drives delivery process improvements by collaborating with carriers and operations to enhance efficiency and reliability
Ensures regulatory compliance, monitor performance, and conduct audits as required
Analyzes market data to evaluate service value and recommend improvements
Manages carrier performance reviews and recognition, ensuring contract compliance through audits and scorecards

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Two (2) years of related experience required
