Responsibilities

Accountable for managing store leadership duties to ensure employees are deployed to maximize efficiency and remove barriers to deliver a great customer experience in operations, and sales
Responsible for enabling how components of specialized business contribute to overall success of the micro market and marketplace
Accountable for managing employee experience, development, and performance management
Analyzes performance indicators against business strategies and goals and accountable for leading efforts to maximize or course-correct results across all spaces
Accountable for monitoring results to identify opportunities in their store and drive the customer and employee experience in all business areas
Support and partner with the General Manager to drive a culture of flexibility and being knowledgeable in all areas of the business

Qualification

Sales experienceLeadership experienceCustomer service experienceOperational expense managementRetail sales goal settingConsumer electronics experience

Required

1 year of leadership experience in business, military, or related fields
2 years of sales or customer service experience

Preferred

1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Consumer electronics industry experience
Prior experience setting retail sales goals
