Required

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or oncology setting

Proficiency in excel spreadsheets and Microsoft programs

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including oncology specialists, clinicians, and administrators

Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Commission on Cancer standards)

Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with cancer care data, including patient satisfaction surveys and clinical quality measures

Master's degree in related field preferred
