Responsibilities
Build, adjust, and maintain detailed project timelines in MS Project
Collaborate with all cross functional teams to gather inputs and identify risks
Update timelines frequently as innovation work shifts
Hold teams accountable to delivery dates and surface capacity concerns or roadblocks
Challenge feasibility assumptions from supply chain and engineering when timelines don’t align
Serve as Scrum Master for one pod; support additional pods with agile structure and delivery guidance
Teams are highly mature in agile and operate on:
2 or 4 week sprints
Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
Quarterly PI planning with OKR alignment
Support end to end commercialization for new product innovations
Translate marketing concepts (e.g., packaging changes, ingredient additions like bacon bits in ketchup) into operational feasibility impacts
Understand machinery changes, component replacements, and installation timelines to advise on overall project timing
Challenge BU supply chain or engineering recommendations when alternative solutions could reduce timeline or cost
Navigate between marketing, R&D, supply chain, and factory teams — translating and balancing their needs
Identify risks across tech, operations, and commercialization workstreams
Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication while driving clarity across functions
Navigate CapEx processes independently and determine who to engage without handholding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Management, in the Food & beverage industry
Experience with physical product innovation in Food & Beverage with packaging projects, aligned with operations & manufacturing side: engineering, changing of machines, alignment with supply chain, etc
Operations focused innovation project management background
Experience in supply chain development, factory engineering, or machinery related innovation delivery
Understand packaging changes, formula changes, feasibility constraints, machinery timelines
Agile project management experience (emphasis)
1–2 years running agile ceremonies and managing projects through sprints
Comfortable facilitating sprint events and creating review materials
